#37. Re-Lamination and Maintenance of Laminated Heavy Weight Blades – RazorSword or RazorBaton – The relamination process is simple and fast; it needs to be done when you notice that the laminated blades begin to separate. The relamination process needs to be done 1-2 times per year – more often if you strike hard objects on a regular basis, or if you live in an extremely hot dry environment. The entire relamination process takes about 5-10 minutes.

#38. Superior Design Characteristics of Laminated Heavy Weight Blades for RazorSword and RazorBaton – We discuss the superior design aspects of our proprietary Molecular Adhesion lamination process for the RazorSword and RazorBaton heavyweight laminated blades. Unlike the Japanese forging process; which creates a permanent bond, and irreversible blade laminations – the RazorSword or RazorBaton blades “float” on a liquid layer of molecules that hold the blades together. Thus a sword or baton blade may be “taken apart” and then re-assembled into a blade with totally new materials and new physical characteristics.
