Return Policy
RazorRazor will offer a full money back 90-day unconditional guarantee to any customer not completely satisfied with any RazorRazor product. RazorRazor products that are damaged from negligence will not qualify for our return policy; all return shipping fees are the responsibility of each customer.
We offer a lifetime guarantee against defect or failure of any RazorRazor product; however this does not include normal “wear and tear” on items such as belts, sheaths, handles, Velcro, etc. We do not guarantee our products when they are used for purposes not intended. This includes but not limited to using any products as a crow bar, hammer, saw, or repeatedly striking hard targets like concrete, steel, trees, etc.
Return Process
First, please go to the Contact area of our web site and e-mail us with the reason for your return, and/or a description of your problem. Please include a daytime phone contact number, and extension if necessary.
RazorRazor will contact you within 7 business days to process your return. Please do not return your merchandise without first receiving an authorization code from RazorRazor.
